I started Raj Consulting Solutions because too many good businesses are being run out of a notebook, a phone, and memory — and the owner is exhausted.
The help most owners actually need is not complicated. They need someone to look at the whole picture with them: what entity the business is filed under, who does what on a Tuesday, where the receipts live, and what has to be true before they grow.
So that is what this practice does. I sit down, ask the plain questions, and then put things in order. Sometimes that means filing paperwork. Sometimes it means writing down a process the owner has been carrying in their head for years. Sometimes it means saying, gently, that the next hire can wait.
Alongside the consulting work runs Life Optionz, the nonprofit. It helps people who are homeless and living with few resources — direct help, and a hand with the calls and forms that stand between a person and the help that already exists. The same instinct runs both: meet people where they are, and leave them with something they can use.
Structure is not about being official. It is about being able to keep the promise you made when you started.
